In some cases, traditional design calculations are not sufficient to properly predict device behavior. Standard Finite Element Analysis (FEA) programs suffer a lack of accuracy due to the non-linear and hysteresis affected behavior of Nitinol. SAES Memry is specialized in assisting our customers with the necessary support to predict Nitinol device performance.

Tooling and Process Design
SAES Memry's unparalleled Nitinol manufacturing experience combined with our extensive 3D-CAD and in-house CNC capabilities allows us to quickly develop tooling and processes that offer full production quality, in prototype quantities. This processing expertise and vertical integration results in lower costs being passed on to you.

Speed
SAES Memry delivers your prototypes quickly as we produce the raw material ourselves (wire, tube, strip and sheet). Also, virtually all manufacturing operations are conducted internally, giving SAES Memry full control over the process from start to finish.
