Robert
Belcher
Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board
Mr. Belcher joined Memry Corporation in July 1999 as Vice
President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary.
Prior to joining Memry he served as Chief Financial Officer
for Eatwell Enterprises, as well as Managing Director, for
Associated Asset Management Inc. From 1996 through 1998, Bob
was also the Chief Financial Officer for Anderson Group Inc.
From 1994 to 1996 Bob served as a Principal of Booz, Allen & Hamilton in their New York office. From 1988 to 1994
he was Executive Vice President of Trinity Capital Corporation,
a privately held merchant banking business based in Stamford,
CT. From 1981 until 1988 Mr. Belcher served in a variety of
senior staff positions with Combustion Engineering, including
Corporate Vice President Operations Consulting and Corporate
Vice President Strategic Planning. His experience with Combustion
Engineering, as well as with Kendall Company's Hospital Products
Division, involved numerous manufacturing cost studies, budget
development and control, as well as information systems development.
Mr. Belcher received his BA and MA in Economics from Vanderbilt
University and his MBA with high distinction from the Harvard
Business School. In addition, he served in the U.S. Navy as
a Duty Supply Officer from 1971 to 1974.

Dean
J. Tulumaris
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Tulumaris has responsibility for Memry's manufacturing,
materials and advanced engineering organizations in Menlo
Park, CA and Bethel, CT. He has over twenty years in manufacturing,
materials, engineering and operations. He has a solid background
in ISO and cGMP. He most recently was vice president and general
manager with Medsource Technologies' Plastic Division in Danbury,
CT. Medsource is registered with the FDA for quality systems
regulation 21 CFR-Part 820 and is registered to the ISO 9001
specific requirement for medical devices. Mr. Tulumaris previously
was Director of Ohio Operations for Rubbermaid Home Products
Division. Dean was responsible for two manufacturing facilities
and four distribution centers with revenues of $500M. Throughout
his career Mr. Tulumaris has been a leader in the implementation
of World Class Manufacturing Systems in the Medical, Consumer
Products and Automotive Industries. Mr. Tulumaris earned his
BA and MBA at Lewis University.

Philippe
Poncet
Vice President Business Development
Philippe Poncet joined Memry Corporation in 1996 following
the acquisition of the Medical Division of Raychem Corporation,
where he managed the Medical Device Development Group in Menlo
Park, California. Prior to this, he held several other technical
management positions in France and UK also with Raychem. A
designer by training and a 22 year veteran of shape memory
and nitinol technologies, Mr. Poncet held a variety of executive
engineering positions with Memry including the position of
Vice President Engineering- Western operations and Vice President
Advanced Development where he handled material engineering
efforts and started Memry's laser cutting and post processing
operations, making Memry the largest independent Nitinol stent
manufacturer and supplier. Mr. Poncet relocated to Memry's
Connecticut headquarters and became Vice President Business
Development in June of 2002 providing him with an opportunity
to further leverage his extensive knowledge of Nitinol in
asserting new product generations, combined technologies and
diversification of Memry's activities in strong partnership
with physicians, corporate customers and strategic alliances.
Mr. Poncet received a mechanical engineering degree from ECAM
in Lyon, France in 1981. He holds 13 patents involving the
design and manufacture of medical devices from shape memory
alloys.

Marcy
Macdonald, Esq.
Vice President Human Resources
Since joining Memry in 2000 as the director of human resources
Marcy has assumed increasing responsibility and was promoted
to Vice President in 2002. Prior employment includes over
11 years with Pitney Bowes Inc. as a member of the corporate
legal staff. While at Pitney Bowes, she was promoted to director
of benefits and compensation and director of new product development
and strategic planning for the financial services division.
Ms. Macdonald's primary objective when joining Memry Corporation
was to support its strong employee oriented culture with world
class benefits and innovative programs. She is an active member
of the Memry executive team and continues to champion "best
inclass" recruiting strategies that have enabled Memry
to retain its highly skilled work force at each of its facilities
and become an employer of choice in the industries in which
the company does business. Ms. Macdonald earned her B.A. from
the State University of New York at Albany and holds a J.D.
from Quinnipiac School of Law in Connecticut.

Richard F. Sowerby
CFO and Treasurer
Richard Sowerby joined Memry as chief financial officer and treasurer in 2006. Rick has responsibility for
Memry's finance function, including financial reporting and control, accounting, risk mangement, information
technology and investor relations.Prior to joining Memry, Sowerby served as chief financial officer of Latex International, a position held since 2002. His duties included finance, information technology and supply chain management. In addition he was interim president during 2004 and served on the board of directors of Shanghai Delviel, a Chinese Joint Venture. He was previously chief financial officer of Interstate Resources and corporate vice president of finance for Sealy Incorporated from 1995-2001. He served five years as corporate controller for Elliott Company. He also served nine years in increasingly responsible financial positions with Sunbeam Corporation culminating in the promotion to vice president controller of the Sunbeam-Oster Housewares Division.
Sowerby has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and capital structure development.
Sowerby earned his B.S. in accounting from Pennsylvania State University and his M.B.A. in finance from Duquesne.
